Due now for a new 3 year cycle ($40) We are now in a new cycle for manual fees (2004-07). Our District 7 Chairman, Ric Munsey picked up our updated VBODA Handbook and Graded Music List CDs for our district at the VMEA convention. If you paid your fees, you received these materials at the District Auditions or the All-District event. You must pay this fee in order to participate in concert festvial or solo & ensemble. Here is a state link of schools that have paid.
