AREA I: Buchanan, Lee, Wise, Scott, Dickenson, Tazewell, and Norton.

AREA II: Washington, Bristol, Smyth, and Russell

AREA III: Wythe, Bland, Carroll, Giles, Galax, Pulaski and Grayson.
