The VMEA (Virginia Music Educators Association) District Seven consists of the Southwest Virginia Cities of Bristol, Galax, and Norton and the counties of Bland, Buchanan, Carroll, Dickenson, Giles, Grayson, Lee, Pulaski, Russell, Scott, Smyth, Tazewell, Washington, Wise, and Wythe.
